Excellent film with great lead performances from Robbins and Freeman, although I do tend to feel that it's slightly overrated, and far too syrupy and unrealistic at times.
Still though, how on earth did Forrest Gump clean up at the Oscars in a year that produced such great films as Shawshank, Ed Wood, Pulp Fiction and Quiz Show? |
