Thirded on Spader. He was a revelation in Sex, Lies and Videotape (no pun intended), but has sadly been long since consigned to bad sci-fi movies and semi-successful TV shows. He deserved far better.

Claire Danes - she's hugely underrated..

Leonardo DiCaprio - he's popular and everything, but I don't think a lot of people get how talented he is as an actor... his popularity has more to do with his status as a sex symbol in my opinion.
