Yes I am the one of big contributors to the diet industry. I know very well "Eat less more exercise" but my head and my heart disagree. I am a typical comfort eater. I eat even I am not hungry. It is just a bad habits. But I found a perfect diet. This time it is working without ANY effort. The first one month was slightly hard though. One of my friends who is a same age with me was ordered by doctor to lose weight for a health reason. She followed her dietitian's instrucition and said losing little by little. I could not believe it, I never thought she could lose any. So I did the same as she told me. Miracle ! I am losing as well. The first two month, I lost four pounds it was last August, then October onwards I am losing around two pounds every month, eventually I am hoping I would lose pound a month. It is fantastic for me. All I have to do is having a light meal in evening. I have heard of this type of diet before but I did not believe it would work for me. Have you heard they said "Breakfast like king, Lunch like prince, Dine like pauper" I have to break this once or twice a week for a social reason, still even if I try this for five times a week, I am still losing very slowly. If I continue this, I would reach my target within a few years. Well Joe, tha is all. I hope we all have a Happy New Year. |
