Loves the tasks, has great entertaining discussions with the other HM's, is up for a laugh and he is a surprisingly calm, cool and collected person (quite similarly to Stephanie). And we haven't seen the best of Vinnie yet.

i havent seen much of that he hasn't really had much airtime unless im wrong and missed some of the programme.
