Default This CBB isn't setting us alight, is it?

So far, it's been a bit of a let down, going by this forum. It's not exactly on fire with a deluge of postings, is it?
BB said they wanted this series to go out with a bang...but will it just go out with a damp squib?
It's far from the best CBB, to date, IMO.
Last year was a cracker, and the year before even better....this year not so much....

From what I have heard down the pub it is going down great with the general public. The ratings say so too...

Everyone's gone to the pub must be the logical conclusion.

Its about the same as last years CBB

This year is head and shoulders above every Big Brother series, both summer and winter, since CBB4

People are actually watching it, and for some reason its suddenly not embarrassing to admit it because people are talking about it.

As much as it is car crash TV to watch, nothing intresting has happened that you would remember it by, or even want to re-watch.

They've made subtle tweaks to the format and overall it has felt a lot more fresh. Every series from the second half of BB7 onwards until now (barring BB9) felt like same old same old.

Tell me about it! It's been a bore fest. Not one classic moment so far....

I can't really think of a highlight so yeah, it's been pretty dull.

The first week generally is quite pleasant, the cracks are showing now and with them failing the task, they're only going to get bigger

The style of this years show (housemates) seems to be more BB of old rather than 2004+.

CBB5?

The only good part of that was when that dick Leo tryed to give the finger to the camera but failed and accidently did a thumbs up.

If you enjoyed that series your not a true fan, as its the reason BB is being axed.

I get what you are saying, but it isn't working, so far. We are halfway through and it hasn't sparked yet. Most of my friends have stopped watching. *shrug*
I'm hanging in there, hoping it will catch fire and GO!!!!

If BB hasn't CBB certainly has ran it's cause, they have simply ran out of things to do and decent celebs who wish to be associated with it. BB is for wannabes that really want it and are prepared to make an idiot of themselves. As much as I like BB, I dislike the people involved. They are just desperate people I'm afraid. Like a jester to a King lol

I got the year wrong...sorry....I was thinking of the year of George Galloway, Rula Lenska, Michael Barrymore and Chantelle. The best year ever!

If CBB Has ran its course then why is it getting higher ratings than BB10 and other past series in the past 3 years?

Simply 'cos it's the last one. A freak show if you like.
