Default Thread title sub headings
Some forums use them, I think this one should as well

Basically what it does is when all the threads are listed, there is a row of text underneath with like a description. A lot of threads on here have stuff that should go into that description rather than on the title, normally stuff thats in brackets. Imagine this is a listing, a thread would come up like:

Celebrity Big Brother 2010 Betting Topic
Vinnie Favourite to win

That kind of thing

Am I making sense with this?
