Err beg to differ, he was never found not guilty, the September 2002 inquest returned an open verdict.

On Barrymore's high-profile return to the UK in January 2006 to take part in Celebrity Big Brother,(5-27 January) Essex lawyer and local activist Anthony Bennett initiated a private prosecution, comprising six charges regarding Barrymore's alleged misuse of drink and drugs on the night of the younger Lubbock's death. On 10 February, 2006, a District Judge at Southend Magistrates' Court blocked the private prosecution against Barrymore on the grounds of insufficient evidence being available for the case to continue

Obviously you can see from those dates the private prosecution was brought after he entered the house and was stopped by the judge after he left the house.

On 14 June, 2007, Essex police arrested Barrymore and two other men on suspicion of murder and serious sexual assault in the Lubbock case.

In September 2007 in a police interview Barrymore was told he would not face for the events that had occured.

I agree there is a huge difference. I don't think Sisqo is a peado at all. However, in a court of law (at least here in Sweden) what a girl is wearing or whether she should have been in the club or not, cannot be used as an argument. I assume it works the same in Switzerland. If you claim the girl should have highlighted the fact that she was too young, you put the blame on the child. It doesn't work like that. It is up to the guy. If he's uncertain he better put his member back into his pants.

It's a bad judgement call anybody could make in the right(or wrong) circumstances. And even at 14, that girl has to take some blame for her part in the deception. SHE knew how old she was...he didn't. She was the one out to deceive. Not only did she get Sisqo in trouble with her lies but she was also putting the clubs license at risk.
