The girl looks about 15 to me in that photo of her, if she's at a club, dressed up to look 18 which i assume she would of been, then only Sisqo knows what Sisqo saw, but sadly the law cannot take into account what he says he saw only what he is convicted of doing, and if he is convicted of sleeping with a 14 yr old girl he should be jailed.

Yes, exactly. There is a big difference between preying on a child because you find chilrden attractive (which is what peadohiles do) and mistaking someone who was trying to look older for being older. Remember Sisqo was not much older than a teenager himself then.
