Yes, exactly. There is a big difference between preying on a child because you find chilrden attractive (which is what peadohiles do) and mistaking someone who was trying to look older for being older. Remember Sisqo was not much older than a teenager himself then.

Agree Niamh ,but I still think he should submit a DNA sample and let this child know if Sisqo is his farther or not.Of course I understand why he wouldn't want to as if he is proven to be the farther then I am sure he has been advised he could face prosecution .

but his plan at the moment of ignoring it and hoping it goes away is not working..I for one did not know about this until he entered the CBB house as I guess is the same with others .It really pisses me of the fact that he knows he may have a son and does fcuk all about it.

The law is the law but alot of times these cases aren't very black and white. I mean If a 16 year old boy sleeps with a 15 year old girl does that make him a paedophile?? He is breaking the law after all.......................

Indeed that's what I was implying about mother nature and societies laws being out of line with reality....

If a 16 year old fancies a 15 year old is he going change his fancies when he reaches the age of lets say 18!!!! When mother nature gives off sexuality it knows no age but the age of attraction.....

I know that in swedish law there are exceptions if both are similar in age. There probably exist similar exceptions in other countries. In Ukraine there is not real age of consent. They instead talk about sexual maturity, that in practise can be anything between 14 and 16. Maybe that makes more sense. However, it opens up the problem of how to define maturity.
