I think some cases are not cut n dry.

It's all about intent. If he knowingly slept with a 14year old then, yes, I would call him a paedo. You need to check what the word means. It's about state of mind. Sleeping with a 14 year old who looks over 18 does not mean you have a sexual interest in children generally. It means you were fooled once.

Good point. She was dressed up to look like she were in her late teens. Real paedo's I would imagine don't go for these kind of people because they are attracted to the actual, well, kids.
