Fleetwood Mac are one of the msot successful and influential bands of all time, last last week Stevie Nicks [who was the front woman of that band] performed as a special guest with Taylor Swift at the Grammy's. Cheryl Cole sampled one of their biggest hits Little Lies on her album this year. They're widely regarded and respected in the industry and are more important to music than GA will ever be.

Alanis, well, Her debut album, Jagged Little Pill, remains the best-selling debut album by a female artist in the U.S., and the highest selling debut album worldwide to this day, selling 30 million units globally. Last week today most relevant pop star Beyonce performed one of Alanis' hits You Oughta Know at the Grammys, Britney also included it on her tour last year.
