You're only allowed to buy or drink alcohol in the hotels, you can purchase it in the airport but they don't sell it in the supermarkets due to Dubai being a Muslim country. It still hasn't put off lots of us English lot who have been or go there.

I absolutely loved seeing the 7 star hotel from outside, it's like £1,000 our money to pay to have a look inside. Water park is so much fun as is the desert trip with belly dancer as entertainment.
