My sister's a single mum, she had her first when she was 17 and her second when she was 19 (20 now). I think she's a good mum, she's raising them well and she gets a lot of support/help too from my parents, family and her friends.
Telling teens to stop having sex isn't going to work.. better sex education is needed really.
