Just thinking on the subject of the organ donation and some of the comments about burial there... Would you rather be cremated or buried.. and why?

I'd rather be cremated. I don't like the idea of being trapped undergound.. even if i'm dead.. it still scares me. Cremation seems like a more peaceful way of being put to rest and it also gives your family something they can keep to remember you with.. especially with some of the things you can do with ashes these days such as necklaces made from your ashes etc.


My nan always loved being at our house and slept over most nights just because she loved it so much and often got lonely at her house.. so we have her ashes in a really pretty pot and it's on a shelf with a few of her belongings that she liked..

grave yards are horrible, cold places, I think it's a much nicer idea to have your ashes scattered in a place you like. If my hubby dies before me than I'm going to keep his till I die and have them scattered together

If you are afraid of waking up underground, what if you woke up just as you were about to go into the fire? Highly unlikely that you would. I wish to be cremated though, and my ashes scattered at some nice coastal point of my choice. Haven't decided where yet.

I want to be buried at sea, coz my mother in law once said if I went before her she would dance on my grave, she cant swim.

Seriously it doesnt bother me either way. I will be dead. for those worried they may be declared dead by mistake, and buried alive or burnt while still alive take comfort from the fact, if you arent dead before a post mortem, you will be afterwards.

burning would be eaiser to show your alive before as you wont be locked in a box so u could tell them that you are alive so you will be let free

It is impossible to be buried alive in modern day, since your body is cut open for post mortems, then your blood is drained and a colouring is put into your body
