Tbh its as if you dont like Leona or know what you like, but if someone says its cool then you will like it.

I'm not saying Christina Aguilera is the best vocalist ever, but she's far superior to Leona.

Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Mariah Carey, Amy Lee, Sarah Brightman, Tarja Turunen, Alanis Morissette, Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse, and Celine Dion are all current artists whom I'd consider vocally superior to her.

I don't even think you need a big voice to be better - Eva Cassidy, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Lady GaGa, Siobhan Donaghy &Kylie Minogue all have wonderful voices without having to hammer your head in with a thousand notes per word.

edit;; i just want to add that I don't hate Leona, I've got both her albums and I really like 'Echo', however I do feel she's massively overrated &it's her deluded fans that really put me off her.

Atleast i never got over 60% of Elimination with 3 people up in Elimination!!

I got 52% with 2 people up the closest eviction ever on it

Why is it always automatically snobbery when someone listens to a wider scope of artists than you do?

MM&I blatantly judges music based on sales figures. Ask her. She will tell you. Maybe that's something you wish to actively encourage, I don't know.

WHAT THE ****. just because some kids at your school like it, doesn't mean it somehow lawfully makes it good. most of the kids in my school would probably laugh in my face if they heard some of my music, but tbh i don't give a ****.
