Not so. You get an amazing buzz when you come back from a good hour of hardcore work in a gtym or a 20 mile bike ride. Its the same chemicals in your bonce as E activates.

It's not the same high though. Not the same feeling. That's a fact. Chemical nuances aside they are completely different. I have tried my hand at gym work and have popped E's. The two are not even comparable. I don't see thousands of clubbers getting fucked up by doing some gym work before crossing the street to go to a rave.

It's like saying the high from THC and a bar of chocolate are simmilar because of simmilar brain mechanisms. Or the high from Crack is the same as the high from having a wank because they both flood your brain with endorphins and dopamine.

If you add the fact that the gym does not give you a 2 day hangover, guilt, chance of a criminal record, memory problems and so forth then we have a slightly more attractive proposition.

Also you dont talk bollocks when you are on a treadmill or end up in a girls bed at 4 am telling her that you never really told your grandfather why you loved him.

It's the risk you take, I suppose. People enjoy getting blind drunk but that carries with it the possibility of being a total and utter cock too, but damn it feels good.

I am not saying that I am saying that we should highlight why going to gym/exercise is as good of not better.

I would wager that I have had psychedelic experiences in my time that have left me with a spring in my step and an afterglow for weeks after the experience. As well as a fresh perspective, understanding and appreciation for life that will go with me to the crematorium.
