Bullies don't exist on forums, annoying people do. Nobody on the forum feels superior to anybody else. In fact, the people POINTING THAT OUT are probably themselves trying to feel superior.

No, it's the way every other forum I have ever been on - and I have been on a lot - also sees it. I can honestly say in ten years of using the internet this is the only forum I have ever, ever come across where storylines play out like a fucking soap opera. People take the place way, way too seriously. The problem has existed for years. People take everything to heart, see themselves as being in wars with certain groups, and even see certain people on the forum as honest-to-god best friends.

To bully someone is to emotionally harass them to the point where it compromises their life. I don't think that can happen on a forum. I don't think anyone is capable of seriously distrupting someones life over a forum, nor do I think anyone is stupid enough to actually take comments seriously enough to let those comments emotionally distrupt their life. Call me crazy but I do not think that can happen on a forum. Shoot me.

Well the soap opera starts when people like you start nit picking at people you think are annoying. In reality though MMi is harmless and people getting on at her need to shut the fuck up.

It depends how you view things then I suppose. This is the first forum I've joined, maybe I'm not experienced enough in ways of the forums then but the way I look at it is, I just act the way I do in real life and treat other people the way I normally do cos I don't know how to act any other way really. It's not that I'm acting overly serious, I'm just being myself and acting the way I would in the "real world"

Yes it is a forum. People can have disagreements over anything. However civilised human beings would learn to agree to disagree. I am not sure if you are one of them but there is no need to jump on MMi and call her a ****** and that or telling her that she needs to change. This is when the forum is going too far. It is a forum to discuss about things, not to attack members who type differently to others. It is irrelevant.
