She's not in Emmerdale anymore but Louise killed her abusive ex boyfriend and Terry knew but helped her cover the tracks and no-one has ever found out, plus Eric Pollard killed someone (his wife at the time) before the plane crash in Emmerdale ages ago and no-one knows to this day.

I think she told the courts that Katy did it after Katy died, so she only got 4 years for perverting the course of justice
