Up to last week, I didn't know the noise the hyena makes is one of the most precise in the world: it means its geography location, its gender and its hierarchy position amongst the group. You'd think a hyena laughs ("having a hyena laugh" as the expression goes), but not it doesn't, it's very serious.
So I definitely think the noise a cat makes could be "miow".

Yeah I know. Shocking.
I just realized I sound like a total weirdo with my hyena story but it's actually true. I know that fact because last week I went back from clubbing at 4am and I turned on my TV, there was this documentary that no one watches on some lost satellite channel. It was amazing to be frank. But then I wasn't really sober. ![]() Jesus why I am telling this.
