Its not the fact of him saying arse...its the fact of him keep bringing up something that happened last year, and blaming his recent ban on it to start with...and then once we had cleared the reason for his recent ban up, starting again about it again even though doesnt even matter anymore.

And the 'ban me, show your power' or whatever it is he said?

And it may add fuel to the fire, maybe not, but its what has been agreed...we need to be a LOT stricter during BB anyways.

And again, Im sick of people thinking they can get away with insulting me/taunting me etc. just because I have been more lenient in the past. I know its just a forum, but respect goes both ways, and I am through trying to be nice/lenient to people who do nothing but moan about me.

You know I've done the same job in the past (albeit elsewhere) and have also been admin. I know of the pressures. Be harsh on the forum and you get the wrath of the board yet don't and you get the wrath of the admin. You can't win. Plus I'd say 95% of any board will always have a problem with anyone with "mod" or "admin" under their name. Guess it comes with the territory

So no I'm not blaming you for banning him. I just thought it may have been rash and (forgive me) but harsh and possibly personal. But it's your decision.
