No more so than you doing it.

If a person has a problem with a post, they should use the report button, the mods visible status will have no effect on the system in place.

If a person needs guidance they can post and the Mod will still see it.

Methinks you dislike the Mod's being invisible because you cant keep tabs on them using the who's online page. Thats a bit control freakish Jess. Or is it because you want to be able to do something they cant, to cater to your feelings of inadequacy in not being staff/admin here?
