There's really no solution to this problem. Contraception is free. Abortion is free.

I do think it's shocking that someone would go through an abortion and still be careless enough to get pregnant a second time. I'd have thought having an abortion would be traumatic enough once, and they wouldn't want to go through it again.

However, if we start choosing who can get them and how many they can get, that will cause it's own problems, as people will still terminate their pregnancy, in whatever way they can.

It cant be any worse than what we have now. What evidence do you have for

If a woman is prepared to have an abortion then that tells me how they feel about having a child.

Do you really want to see women who don't want children going through with their pregnancy, and possibly abandoning/neglecting that child? Or trying the DIY method with a bottle of spirits and a knitting needle?

What would be your idea of a solution?

Do you think women who want children get abortions? No.

They don't want children, therefore they request an abortion.

So why do you find my view so hard to swallow?
