A teeny, tiny example from a specific branch of science got something wrong. Well done. I never claimed it was perfect, did I. Science has a pretty good track record though. It seems to improve with age whereas religion tends to go the other way. I wonder if most lives saved in hospitals can be attributed to science or prayer?

I was not really trying to highlight either science or religion but more the myth that where we are today is the truth

I mean, things are always improving [alright, you know what I mean]. That was obvious I thought .

With young people, maybe. But I doubt anyone thinks this is the apotheosis of the species. Evolution didn't stop with opposable thumbs.
