Just so you are aware , the way they will work it is to ask for user name, password, email etc to register for live feed, thats not the same as signing into the site itself, you probably can use the same user name and password etc.

You will give credit or debit card details for the live feed payment.

The first 1000 people to complete the full registration will not be billed.

Its a marketing ploy to make people sign up for the chance of free live feed.

The other things to remember are you are signing blind in order to get into the first 1000 you dont know the terms and conditions of the offer, if you are unlucky to be billed, you may not get all your money back, they may retain some for admin or as payment for the first 7 days. Have sufficient money on your debit card to cover the amoiunt billed just in case it goes through a full valid card check.
