There is always going to be an argument about this.

They want independence from the south of Ireland and Britain.

What do you think?

I think Ulster is still an Irish area that covers Ireland along with Munster, Leinster and Connacht, and should be recognized as that.

I disagree.

We have nothing in common with the people down south, they could care less about us and we could care less about them.

I don't have any heart/warmth to the Irish flag. I can't have that flag representing me and nor will it ever for many other people.

I don't know about you, but I see myself as having a lot in common with them, they're Irish people living on Irish land as are the people in the North, this is the island of Ireland and all of this is Irish land whether it has a border or not, or whether it's ruled by a queen or not. Even the president of the Republic is from the North, so it's not right in saying they don't care about us, as I'm sure the majority of the people there would agree that all of this island is Irish. Our history is the same, and our cultures are the same, and our native language, official or not, is the same.

You're perfectly entitled to your own opinion, I just feel that Eire should be returned to the way it should, as an Irish land consisting of 32 counties without borders or restrictions and united as the same Irish people without a divide and everyone respected for the nationality they are and wish, this entire island is Ireland.
