If it was a communal yard, I would gladly clean up the second he did it, because I wouldnt just let him roam around like he does now, but im not standing at my door all say watching to see if he poos or not. I think its fine to check it on a night and clean it then...its doing noone any harm.

The fact that she reckons she can smell it from her sitting room is what is annoying me most of all...to be honest. What a load of ****e
