There must be genuine nutcases like Shahbaz, Kemal, etc. still applying - so why don't they appear?

because who [in their right mind] wants to listen to loud mothed dopes with genuinely nothing worth hearing to say?. Kemal was a show off who just wanted to show everyone how "cool" and "wild" and "crazy" he was for being as individual as he was, with his confused sexuality and rediculous dress "sense".
