It's been 4 years, of course she will of changed.
I doubt she will actually have any tantrums anymore, she's too aware of the fact we love it so it'll be forced.

Charley will still be a failed bitch who try's to be cool and fails.

Brian will still put on his goofy act and will get a shock when he doesn't win this time, the only reason he won BB8 was because he was the best of a bad bunch.

I think people that go in from BB10 such as Marcus, Sophie or Freddie won't have changed at all and possibly BB9 too, but knowing BB I bet they put no one in from BB9 seeing as they neglect it and then put half the BB8 cast in and it'll become a BS series.
