I've got "The Hangover Show" on an old VHS Lee.......it was a Fringe show which BBC Scotland did a studio recording of to play on one 1st January.
As the bloke says, it's god's exestentialist joke - last night when you shouldn't have drank you did. Now when you don't want to drink you've got to or face cold turkey. A Bluddy Mary being the worst form of punishment - that should certainly make you vomit!
