There are no hard and fast rules on how to practice Christianity! If Dave and his group believe in Christianity - they are free to practice is how they choose!

They have made it quite clear that their aim is to change people's views of what Christianity is about and remove the conservative, old-fashioned, autere image most people have of it and open it up to a wider, younger audience- by making it more fun!

As the numbers of people practicing Christianity in Britain has fallen - it is a logical way to attract more younger people into it and keep Britain's traditionally Christian heritage!

there are plenty of churches and groups that already do this and none of them involve getting drunk on the lord this way (which some hardcore christian would question just what lord is he getting drunk on?), doesn't involve drinking actual wine, doesn't involve swearing, doesn't involve praising the idea of seeing someone change into a werewolf. Christians would denounce that and pray hard so they never images like that again that is why they don't idolize statues, images etc..(view moses film where he reads the commadments and burns images and statues )

I think you will find there are no laws which say otherwise.

And they don't get literally drunk (on alcohol) it is a metaphor - for the resulting affects of euphoria!

I don't practice any religion - you don't have to be religious to like Dave!

Again the werewolf stuff - I think you are taking it too literally!

Sorry but Christianity is Christianity. You don't go to a golf course and expect to play tennis.
Jesus is the one who gave a new way of life which is named Christianity.
The message is so simple Love God and love your neighbour as yourself.
Dave is out and about making a mockery of the religion.
Jesus never mocked the sick as Dave does wheeling around in a wheel chair.

One good example of Dave's lack of Christianity was shown on the flood night.
When the housemates were moved out through the rain to a portacabin it was only Sam who stopped to ask Steve if he was alright. Not the Bible reading Dave.
Jesus said by their actions you will know them.

I do think Dave has one thing going for him though ... he has fans and friends who are totally loyal to him .. in the face of all the times he has proven that he has no loyalty whatsoever toward anybody but himself.
