Rachael shouldnt look at people like that..... Josie HAS got 10 chins!!...maybe she shouldnt have been taking the p**s out of John James bad breath...(DONT DISH IT IF YOU CANT TAKE IT!!).... and it was John James that told Sam to stop calling her names...after that Sam became her friend.
