Most things that the HMs do are subjective however when one of them is heard to blatently lie (not just Dave .. but it is Dave we are discussing) or do any number of other things I could cite re Dave, having seen and heard the context for myself, it is wrong to deny that they ever happened or make lame excuses about them.
Had Dave not wanted to be judged by his 'mantle' then he should have gone in as Mr Dave V .. not as a Christian Minister, I still wouldn't have liked him but the issue of his religion wouldn't have gauged him or his actions.

As much as I dislike Dave, I started a thread a few days ago praising him abpout a very similar issue.
