People dont need to be all guns blazing to be entertaining!!
I actually found her the most entertaining that year! She was warm, funny, dry and witty (My opinion btw) She doesnt need to making an IMPACT as you put it to be a good housemate By impact i assume you mean conflict which you seem to thrive on
