He didnt get chucked out, he was asked if he would modify his behaviour(it wasnt specified what behaviour), he stated that because of the reaction he had got out of nadia, he would continue and if that wasnt what BB wanted then it would be better if he left. BB obliged.

A couple of important differences between Coolio and Sam, when confronted by the "unacceptable behaviour" chat Sam stated he would tone down his behaviour. he also accepted what he did could be very offensive to some. Coolio didnt he stated he saw nothing wrong with his behaviour and he would continue it. And Sam didnt have Nadia throwing the prima strop giving out him or me ultimatums.
