There was an article in the paper about Kemal from BB6 talking about his boob job and how he's having his privates changed next year. Towards the end he makes a point of saying he is currently living with his straight boyfriend. lol his boyfriend's so straight he's sleeping with a pre op ******.

Dont even need to go that far, a pelvic X-ray or a post mortem examination will reveal the original biological gender.

Well, my answer would be no. If only for the fact that a constructed penis on a trans man, apart from being tiny, barely looks like a penis. (and yes, I've googled these things )
