I don't get the appeal of iPhone myself.

Sorry if this sounds ignorant, but why not just get an iPod Touch (which has most of the functionality of an iPhone, plus waaayyy more storage... and for a 1/3 of the price) and then just a cheapo phone to go alongside it?

Well I got an iPod touch, and then a Blackberry which I haven't quite worked out yet so I'll get back to you on this one xD

I have a HTC Magic and an I pod touch.

But iphone is better both are phones for commoners though...

Can somebody explain to me why the iPhone is better when you could get an iPod Touch with several times the storage capacity, together with another phone on top of that, all for half the price? I can't work that out. What else can the iPhone do that the iPod Touch can't?

Because the iphone is faster than other phones (internetwise)
More advanced
Better looking (the blackberry is horrible looking.
More apps on iphone than ipod touch.


But im happy my HTC is awesome and its nice have all the ipod touch apps.

Are you sure about that. All iPhone apps are compatible with Apple's iOS 4 I would have thought. The only thing I can think of that you don't get is the phone and video voicemail.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S and honestly think it's better than an iPhone or a Blackberry.

But voted iPhone, because I listen to lots of music on my phones and Blackberry's aren't great for playing songs.

Is wireless the same as Wifi?
