I want Gail seriously reprimanded/punished for that. It's totally unforgivable

Can't believe how angry it makes me. It's just a soap

That said, she shouldn't have access to actual patient files. They'd be password protected. Receptionists don't have that authority Infact as far as I'm aware even practice managers (unless they are doctors) don't have that access

I'm not entirely sure but they shouldn't have. I know my doc certainly doesn't let anyone on the front door know my business Then again, I suppose nothings foolproof and would depend what role they have in the surgery. I guess Gails supposed to be senior staff to have the keys to the place

Hope she is sacked at the VERY least.
