i don't think you understood so i will explain. A member off this forum could not understand how i could be pregnant and already have a child. When a person has 2 or more children then them children are each others brothers and or sisters. If a person was only able to have one child then there would be no such thing as brothers and sisters.

Does that make it more clearer for you?
