When I'm on-the-ball, I tell the sales rep. I'm registered with telephone preferences so his company is breaking the law with the call, ask for his full name, designation, company address. They usually hang-up before me

I have this thing.. i dont answer my house phone, (as i live with parents)
If its for me people will call my mobile, even my grandparents have my mobile number so no need to answer.

Sometimes me and my brother used to just answer it and shout at people lol, or getting e mails about giving your bank details, reply saying i know where you live and im coming to kill you.
