Very very shocked and bumped. He kept saying sorry! He was walking and coherant though so just saw him home and told him to stop saying sorry and tell someone if he felt dizzy at any time. He was only about 11. He also said thankyou though. Unheard of with some kids

I think his parents should invest in a new bike, with brakes that work
