Getting pretty sick of all these stories about her and comments on websites etc, it's essentially bullying and I think Sunday's show showed just how much it's affecting her. I don't even understand what there is to dislike about her? She appears to be a nice person, who is just a bit 'quirky' and outgoing, as well as ambitious - what's the problem with that?

Bullying? This is the biggest show in Britain atm, if there is a story to be told about any of the contestants then it will be.

But these aren't 'stories', they're total lies that have been spun and exaggerated from the smallest little incident. And everyone laps it up like fools and it gives these people a bad name. And even if this does turn out to be true [I could see the bit about her not liking the song choice being true] - what's the problem? Belle Amie refused to sing Simon's song and no one batted an eye lid. It's just because it's Katie that it's a problem. It's starting to piss me off.

there are some not too great stories about Cher, Wagner and John as well, so what? Don't enter a TV competition if you don't want stories written about you!

Katie has had much worse press, probably worse then the 3 of them put together so you can't compare them 3 to her at all.

John? When did ANYONE ever write ANYTHING about him? Hardly anyone knew who he was [or cared]. Most of Wagner's have been positive, the only negative one I can recall was the 'leaked phonecall'. Cher has her fair share too, admittedly, but she has a lot of support to counterbalance that.

I struggle to find more than one positive story there...it's all negative. And there's thousands of articles written about her. Every day.

There was a story about John having a fight with Wagner over him spraying deodrant and John saying he was trying to damage his throat or something like that. Wagner also has had a story about threatening Harry in rehearsals.

And who out of the contestants have had positive stories written about them? Why should she get special treatment? She's already getting special treatment on the show, being put on last or close to last all the time

If anything Rebecca should be complaining about the fact that she's almost always the first girl on and isn't getting enough credit from the judges on how good she is

...well that sounds like a negative story regarding Wagner, not John. Never heard of the Harry thing either.

One Direction for a start. And Cher [well, some of it]. Matt's has been fairly positive too. It's not that the other contestants haven't had negative press, it's that Katie has had far, far more negative press than any of the others...infact the most negative press an XF contestant has ever received, IMO. One low-rate tabloid even stated she was the 'Most Hated Reality TV Contestant Ever' the other day [what a ****ing joke] - I mean, how do you think that's going to make someone feel?

I'm glad she's near enough always the last on [I expect that'll change though soon] - as she's interesting [we want something to look forward to to close the show, not something to fall asleep waiting for - I expect that's the producers reasoning behind it as well] and also deserves a chance. On top of all the negative press, sticking her on first would send her straight to the Bottom Two - no question.

But has Rebecca been in the Bottom Two/Three yet? No, so she has nothing to complain about, really. And to be honest apart from Week 3, I really don't think she has been that good. She was better pre-live shows.

its not that shes out and out nasty,its just that she is very fake and annoying.
