Well round 1 nominations are added up and multiplied by three (so say somebody got five nominations, they'd have a first round score of 15), then in round 2 you rank your ten nominees from 1st to 10th in order of preference; 1st gets 10 points, 10th gets 1 point - add the total points up from round 2 and combined them with round 1 scores to get an overall total that decides the order of the top 53.
