Silly story - we were in quite a rough bar in Fife.....(I'm telling this story cos you were debating cigs with Shas + potential Fife phrases upcoming).

Anyway we got a lock-in cos it was snowing (?!) and ashtrays oot in the bar. Unfortunately I had a pal from Livi there. I told him taps would be off so down to bottles or nips. His request in this rough bar was a "Baileys with ice". Next round he bought himself a Tia Maria! I was really surprised we got out this bar without getting our heads kicked!

So my above phrase is quite soft!

The baileys he probaby just got away with.. but Tia Maria.... geezus.... and from Livi..... now that I find hard to believe - they're as bad as some of the Lanarkshire ones for their Buckie! Obviously a Livi interloper, can't be born and bred!
