My presents are for XmasTurtle


A Christmas Dream
(to the tune of Mary’s Boy Child)

Long time ago in a snow washed land,
Xmas Turtle dreamed a dream,
Of a golden beach and bikini babes
And a home where the sun always beams

Hark now hear the Tibbers sing
A Christmas wish is born
That Xmas Turtle’s dreams come true
And he is nevermore forlorn

Now off to the travel agents he’d go,
On a cold January day
to book a flight to the land of Oz
And soon he’d be on his way
Finally he’d be landing there,
And he’d step down from the plane
He’d know he’d found his spiritual home
And he would never leave again

Hark now hear the Tibbers sing
A Christmas wish is born
That Xmas Turtle’s dream comes true
And he is nevermore forlorn.

Happy and free in his adopted land
Xmas Turtle would be aglow,
With joy and laughter every day
And no more freezing snow.
Whilst the rest of us are shivering here,
In this cold and icy land,
Xmas Turtle would be snuggling down
In the warm and golden sand.

Hark now hear the Tibbers sing
A Christmas wish is born
That Xmas Turtle’s dream comes true
And he is nevermore forlorn.
