Well the word "racist" caries a lot of weight. I don't think it should be used when it's not applicable. Racist and Pedophile are basically the worst accusations you can make against someone. People shouldn't be throwing words like that around willy nilly IMO.

well, say he had made the comment about an African country like Nigeria for example, would you then consider that racist because they are a different race? even though imo it's the exact same thing

No, as i pointed out before they have said horrible things about plenty of other nationalities, such as American, or Australian.

If he said Black People are lazy and sheet, then it would be racist, if he said Nigerians are lazy and sheet it's not racist.

Black people are a race. Nigerian is a nationality.
