And ikr? I wrote filled 3 sheets of paper on both sides. I knew someone who'd done 4 pages double sided. I've royally fucked up the controlled assessment though but I can make it up on the exams (I hope). But yeah it was absolutely evil. I hate the way the school isn't allowed to give you much guidance on it. It makes everything so difficult. I've had too many history exams recently anyway. I've already done the Nazi Germany exam for reals a couple of weeks ago so thats gonna go towards my grade. I think I did well in it though.

I'm currently looking at children and women of Nazi Germany which has been so much better than the previous stuff I did.

I hate these controlled asessments as well, i'd rather just do them at home. I think I would of got much better grades in my English if I did both my controlled asessment at home tbh.

I actually really enjoyed it tbh. Nazi Germany interests me, so I found the topic pretty easy, just make sure you revise a lot for the exam. They throw up random events from any part of the topic be it Weimar Germany or the Nazis.

I liked that bit. It was really interesting to see how they brainwashed the children.

Same here. I understand why they have them and everything but they make everything needlessly tough. And we didn't have controlled assessments in English, we just had coursework. That was the only subject with the coursework system though. I think they are gonna do the controlled assessment stuff in english with the new Year 10s.
