I knew the standard of education in schools was poor in the USA I didnt realise it was so poor. Or perhaps you just slipped through the system.

Go look up the early history of the land you so proudly but misguidely boast about, in particular look at places like Jamestown Virginia.

Ok let me put it another way, hopefully you will be able to understand this because I am typing it slowly for you. I am talking about the establishment of the colonies. Who founded Jamestown and why was it established?

Incidentally it ceased to exist as a settlement before 1700 quite a few years before the War of Independence. Its primarily that point that meant it provided excellent archaeological evidence about the early life of the colonies.
