An admin has to do it, but you have to do favours for them, or so I heard.

I was an admin on another forum once. And i got really pissed of one night, and banned everyone, and totally ****ed up the site.

i wouldn't do that to this site though. I learned from my mistakes. i swear

Alex, only a mod can do it, but before you PM them you need to make sure you want it changed as they won't keep changing it back.
