I order 2 chicken sandwich meals from McDonalds, seems to do the trick, whilst getting fat
 If not McDonalds, sometimes a hot rods box meal from KFC will help but sometimes it knocks me sick, or occasionally something meaty & greasy from Subway, foot long of course. But in general fast food. |
