Some foreigners at work asked me ages ago to name things what I like about the UK/England. They said they can name like 50 things..

One foreigner at work has kept goading on at me.. saying.. "I am not English". << Mmm can't really call this racist. It is kind of like reverse racism. He is being annoying now. 3 days in a row at work he has said to me I am not English. :S

The fact he is making a comment about your racial origin is racist by the definitions of the Race Relations Act, since the comment is designed to upset and harrass you. - report him.

Mmm I might do. But then I fear it could get twisted around. Make more harm than good for myself. I am just going to ignore him.

I do see your point, but personally I would report him simply because it is too often assumed that racism is a one way street, and that view should be challenged sometimes. Good luck.
